"Thinking of Gold, Common Sense and Fur.'

My husband and I had been happily married (most of the time) for five years but hadn't been blessed with a baby

I decided to do some serious praying and promised God that if he would give us a child, I would be a perfect mother, love it with all my heart and raise it with His word as my guide.

God answered my prayers and blessed us with a son.

The next year God blessed us with another son.

The following year, He blessed us with yet another son.

The year after that we were blessed with a daughter.

My husband thought we'd been blessed right into poverty. We now had four children, and the oldest was only four years old.

I learned never to ask God for anything unless I meant it. As a minister once told me, 'If you pray for rain, make sure you carry an umbrella.'

I began reading a few verses of the Bible to the children each day as they lay in their cribs.

I was off to a good start. God had entrusted me with four children and I didn't want to disappoint Him.

I tried to be patient the day the children smashed two dozen eggs on the kitchen floor searching for baby chicks.

I tried to be understanding... when they started a hotel for homeless frogs in the spare bedroom, although it took me nearly two hours to catch all twenty-three frogs.

When my daughter poured ketchup all over herself and rolled up in a blanket to see how it felt to be a hot dog, I tried to see the humor rather than the mess.

In spite of changing over twenty-five thousand diapers, never eating a hot meal and never sleeping for more than thirty minutes at a time, I still thank God daily for my children.

While I couldn't keep my promise to be a perfect mother - I didn't even come close... I did keep my promise to raise them in the Word of God.

I knew I was missing the mark just a little when I told my daughter we were going to church to worship God, and she wanted to bring a bar of soap along to 'wash up' Jesus, too.

Something was lost in the translation when I explained that God gave us everlasting life, and my son thought it was generous of God to give us his 'last wife.'

My proudest moment came during the children's Christmas pageant.

My daughter was playing Mary, two of my sons were shepherds and my youngest son was a wise man. This was their moment to shine.

My five-year-old shepherd had practiced his line, 'We found the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes.'

But he was nervous and said, 'The baby was wrapped in wrinkled clothes.'

My four-year-old 'Mary' said, 'That's not 'wrinkled clothes,' silly.

That's dirty, rotten clothes.'

A wrestling match broke out between Mary and the shepherd and was stopped by an angel, who bent her halo and lost her left wing.

I slouched a little lower in my seat when Mary dropped the doll representing Baby Jesus, and it bounced down the aisle crying, 'Mama-mama.'

Mary grabbed the doll, wrapped it back up and held it tightly as the wise men arrived.

My other son stepped forward
wearing a bathrobe and a paper crown,
knelt at the manger and announced,
'We are the three wise men,
and we are bringing gifts
of gold, common sense and fur.'

The congregation dissolved into laughter, and the pageant got a standing ovation.

'I've never enjoyed a Christmas program as much as this one,' laughed the pastor, wiping tears from his eyes.

'For the rest of my life, I'll never hear the Christmas story without thinking of gold, common sense and fur.'

'My children are my pride and my joy and my greatest blessing,' I said as I dug through my purse for an aspirin.

Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master.

Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher.

Had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer.

Had no army, yet kings feared Him.

He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world.

He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him.

He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today.

Feel honored to serve such a Leader who loves us.

If you believe in God and in Jesus Christ His Son, send this to all on your buddy list.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

The Feast of The Immaculate Conception

"The prayers of the righteous are powerful indeed"
James 5:16

Catholics do not pray to Mary. We beseech her intercession with her son. In other words, we simply ask her to pray for us, just as you would beseech a friend to offer prayers on your behalf.

It's very simple. Catholics are Christians. Catholics are the ones who believe in the Church founded by Christ Himself, rather than mere men, such as Martin Luther, etc. That's all I have to say.

In the New Testament Ark of the Covenant.

Then God's temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of the covenant. And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an eartquake, and a great hailstone. A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. The woman clothed with the sun is Mary-the New Testament Ark Of the Covenant.

(Revelation 11:19) And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

(Revelation 12:1) And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

The Ark Of the Covenant makes concrete the absolute presence of God during the exodus and journey into the promised land.
St. Luke used the perfect passive participle--Greek-(kecharitomene) which in the Greek means perfectly filled with grace. This magnificent proclamation by the Angel Gabriel sent by God to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

(Luke 1:28) Hail full of grace, the Lord is with you.

The Shekinah glory of God , the cloud covered the tent, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. The Church--the Israel of God

(Exodus 40:34) Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

Calls on the magnificent intercession of the New Testament Ark-Mary. The Blessed Virgin Mary the Mother of God-(theotokos)--was the tabernacle of the Incarnate Word--Jesus Christ. Mary's womb was overshadowed by the power of the Most High, Jesus Christ the Son of God was placed. The Old Testament ark of the covenant was a mobile sanctuary.

(Galatians 6:16) And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

The New Testament ark of the Covenant.
Mary is a human sanctuary.

Shows the Almighty God himself guiding the ark. We must remember that the wisdom and purity of Mary guided the Lord Jesus Christ in his humanity.

(Numbers 10:33-34) 33 And they departed from the mount of the LORD three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them. 34 And the cloud of the LORD was upon them by day, when they went out of the camp.

Gives definitive evidence that the ark was the vessel in which Noah and his family escaped the deluge.

(Genesis 6:14-22) 14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. 15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits. 16 A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it. 17 And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die. 18 But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee. 19 And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female. 20 Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive. 21 And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them. 22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.

The demand and desire of God for perfection in the building of the Old Testament Ark.

(Exodus 25:10-40) 10 And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. 11 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about. 12 And thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it. 13 And thou shalt make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold. 14 And thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them. 15 The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it. 16 And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee. 17 And thou shalt make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof. 18 And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat. 19 And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof. 20 And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be. 21 And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee. 22 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel. 23 Thou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. 24 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about. 25 And thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about. 26 And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof. 27 Over against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table. 28 And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them. 29 And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them. 30 And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway. 31 And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same. 32 And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side: 33 Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick. 34 And in the candlesticks shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers. 35 And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick. 36 Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold. 37 And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it. 38 And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold. 39 Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels. 40 And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

The Ark was so precious only the High Priest could enter into the presence of the Ark. Look how Eli, a priest of the sanctuary of Shiloh to whom Hanna confided her son Samuel whom she had consecrated to the Lord. Eli founded out that the ark was captured by the Philistines fell over backward and his neck was broken and he died--

(1 Samuel 4:14-18) 14 And when Eli heard the noise of the crying, he said, What meaneth the noise of this tumult? And the man came in hastily, and told Eli. 15 Now Eli was ninety and eight years old; and his eyes were dim, that he could not see. 16 And the man said unto Eli, I am he that came out of the army, and I fled to day out of the army. And he said, What is there done, my son? 17 And the messenger answered and said, Israel is fled before the Philistines, and there hath been also a great slaughter among the people, and thy two sons also, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead, and the ark of God is taken. 18 And it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck brake, and he died: for he was an old man, and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years.

When Uzzah put his hand out to hold the ark when the oxen stumbled he was stricken dead. The anger of the Lord was kindled against Uzzah for touching the ark, and he was smitten by God. The Immaculate Conception gives definitive evidence that a chaste Virgin and a womb not spotted by sin was an absolute necessity to bear the Incarnate Word--Jesus Christ.

(1 Chronicles 13:7-10) 7 And they carried the ark of God in a new cart out of the house of Abinadab: and Uzza and Ahio drave the cart. 8 And David and all Israel played before God with all their might, and with singing, and with harps, and with psalteries, and with timbrels, and with cymbals, and with trumpets. 9 And when they came unto the threshingfloor of Chidon, Uzza put forth his hand to hold the ark; for the oxen stumbled. 10 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzza, and he smote him, because he put his hand to the ark: and there he died before God.

This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light and in him is no darkness at all. Reason tells us, if Mary had sin as Fundamentalist Protestants ascertain--Jesus would be born with sin.

(1 John 1:5) This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
Gives evidence that the gate of the sanctuary shall remain shut. Revised Standard Version Scripture states, Then he brought me back to the the outer gate of the sanctuary, which faces east; and he said to me, This gate shall remain shut; it shall not be opened, and no one shall enter by it. for the Lord the God of Israel has entered by it; therefore it shall remain shut. Church Fathers and Doctors of the Church such as St. Ambrose and St. Jerome stated this gate was the womb of Mary. Sacred Scripture shows great correlation between the Old Testament Ark and the New Testament Ark Mary.

Scripture tells us the Shekinah glory overshadowed the tent were the ark was.

(Ezekiel 44:1-2) 1 Then he brought me back the way of the gate of the outward sanctuary which looketh toward the east; and it was shut. 2 Then said the LORD unto me; This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because the LORD, the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.

The Angel Gabriel tells mary the Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the Spirit of the Most High will overshadow you.

(Luke 1:35) And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

King David brought the ark out of the house of Abinadab, which was on the hill.

(Exodus 40:34) Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

(2 Samuel 6:3) And they set the ark of God upon a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab that was in Gibeah: and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drave the new cart.

In the Visitation--Mary went up the hill country to visit Elizabeth.

(Luke 1:39) And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda;

David states, how could the ark of the Lord come to me.

(2 Samuel 6:9) And David was afraid of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me?

Elizabeth greets Mary saying, whom am I that the mother of the Lord come to me.

(Luke 1:43) And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

Sacred Scripture states, King David leaped in joy being merry before the ark

(2 Samuel 6:5) And David and all the house of Israel played before the LORD on all manner of instruments made of fir wood, even on harps, and on psalteries, and on timbrels, and on cornets, and on cymbals.

Eliazabeth confirms that at the sound of Mary's greeting reaching her ears, that John the Baptist leaped in her womb with joy.

(Luke 1:44) For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.

Sacred Scripture gives evidence that David brought the ark to the house of Obededom the Gittite, and the ark remained at the house of Obededom for three months and the house of Obededom was blessed.

(2 Samuel 6:10-13) 10 So David would not remove the ark of the LORD unto him into the city of David: but David carried it aside into the house of Obededom the Gittite. 11 And the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obededom the Gittite three months: and the LORD blessed Obededom, and all his household. 12 And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obededom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness. 13 And it was so, that when they that bare the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, he sacrificed oxen and fatlings.

Scripture gives evidence that Mary stayed at the house of Elizabeth for three months. The Old Testament fertility was truly associated with blessing. Elizabeth was blessed bring forth a son--John the Baptist. Remember Mary's function in salvation history no way impedes or diminishes the unique mediation of the saving power of the Lord Jesus Christ, but shows the power of Jesus Christ.

(Luke 1:56) And Mary abode with her about three months, and returned to her own house.

Hail Holy Queen Mother of Mercy
Pray for us

As in the Wedding At Cana-Her powerful intercession influenced Christ's public miracle. She will interced for us.

(John 2:10) And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

The Old Testament Ark of the Covenant was the seat or center of the benevolent presence and the mercy of God to his people. Inside the Ark of the Covenant were the Testimony--the Commandments of God.

(Exodus 25:16) 16 And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.

(Exodus 40: 20-21) 20 And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark: 21 And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the vail of the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as the LORD commanded Moses.

(Deuteronomy 10:1-5) 1 At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood. 2 And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark. 3 And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand. 4 And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me. 5 And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me.

The New Testament Ark of the New Covenant carried the Word Made Flesh- the Incarnate Word. The Catholic Christians except the New Testament Ark of the Covenant. Most Protestant Christians reject the New Testament Ark of the Covenant. Yes Catholics have the full Council of God--Yes, the New Testament Ark--The Blessed Virgin Mary the Mother of God-(theotokos) as Martin Luther and John Calvin described Mary.

The Catholic Christians have the Communion of Saints.
(Hebrews 12:1) Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

The great cloud of witnesses. For their powerful intercession which most Protestant Christians absolutely reject.

The True Church was founded by Christ in Jerusalem.

After Christ Ascension into heaven the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul where in Rome for evangelization where St. Paul wrote his last epistle. Also Peter and Paul died there, and the Church of Jesus Christ has been there for 2000 years--it is called the Catholic Church Magisterium. The Church of Christ is a visible Church.
Vatican: The Holy See

Jesus Christ did not leave the Church orphans

(John 14:18) I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

Jesus Christ established a teaching and delegate authority for His Church.

(1 Cor. 12:4-12)
4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

(Luke 10:16) He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

(Galatian 1:6-9) 6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

(2 Timothy 1:13-14) 13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. 14 That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.

When was the Canon of the Bible determined.? In the years 394 and 397 at the Catholic Councils of Hippo and Cartage by the Magisteriun of Catholic Bishops through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

(Matthew 16:15:18) 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Christ who spoke Aramaic -called Peter the Rock-Aramaic-(cephas). Christ spoke Aramaic not Greek.

Protestanism premise is absolute heresy stating Christ did not leave the Church to ordinary people. How about the Apostles?

(Ephesians 2:19-21) 19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

(Romans 6:17) But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

(Titus 1:9) Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

There is Divine Tradition in the Bible--Greek-(paradosis)

(2 Thessalonians 2:13-15) 13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: 14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

Ye is called Divine Traditopn-(paradosis). Traditions and customs of men is condemned, not divine and apostolic traditions.

(Matthew 15:3-9) 3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death. 5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; 6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. 7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, 8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

(Mark 7:7-8) 7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

Divine and apostolic tradition

(1 Corinthians 11:1-2) 1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. 2 Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.

(2 Thessalonians 3:6) Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.
Remember: The Church is the pillar and Ground of Truth. Protestantism started in 1517 A.D.
(1 Timothy 3:15) But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

You cannot deny St. Peter's authority
who was an ordinary fisherman.
The Primacy of Peter can be seen in the Bible .

(Matthew 16:16-18)
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Peter was given the keys opf the kingdom of heaven

(Matthew 16:19) 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Christ prayed for Peter faith to strengthen the brethren.

(Luke 22:32) But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Christ asked Peter three times--Do you love me--Feed my lambs--read the Biblical Texts.

(John 21:15-17) 15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. 16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. 17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Look at Peter's speech on Pentecost.

(Acts 2:14-39) 14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words: 15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. 16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: 18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: 19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come: 21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. 22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: 23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: 24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it. 25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: 26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: 27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. 28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance. 29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. 30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; 31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. 32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. 33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. 34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, 35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool. 36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. 37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.

Peter received first converts. 3000 thousand were baptized.

(Acts 2:41) Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Peter performed fist miracle.

(Acts 3:6-7) 6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. 7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

The first punishment were inflicted by Peter on Anania and his wife Sapphira for lying to the Holy Spirit.

(Acts 5:1-11) 1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, 2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. 3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? 4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. 5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. 6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him. 7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in. 8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much. 9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. 10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. 11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

Chasticement and excommunication on Simon Magnus.

(Acts 8:21) Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.

Peter received revelation to let Gentiles into the Church.

(Acts 10:44-46) 44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,

Peter led the first Church Council in Jersulem.

(Acts 15:7) And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

Look how Peter's name is listed first in the gospels, an absolute significance of authority.

(Matthew 10:1-4) 1 And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. 2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; 3 Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus; 4 Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

(Mark 3:16-19) 16 And Simon he surnamed Peter; 17 And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder: 18 And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Canaanite, 19 And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house.

(Luke 6:14-16) 14 Simon, (whom he also named Peter,) and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew, 15 Matthew and Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon called Zelotes, 16 And Judas the brother of James, and Judas Iscariot, which also was the traitor.

(Acts 1:13) 13And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.

Peter and his companions

(Mark 16:7) But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

(Luke 9:32) But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.

Peter spoke for the Apostles

(Matthew 18:21) Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?

(Mark 8:29) And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.

(Luke 8:45) And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?

(Luke 12:41) Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?

(John 6:69) And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

Delegated Authority and Apostolic Succession

The Old and New Testament teach delgated authority and apostolic succession. Look at Biblical Texts--Old Testament

High Priest is over you.

(2 Chronicles 19:11) And, behold, Amariah the chief priest is over you in all matters of the LORD; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, for all the king's matters: also the Levites shall be officers before you. Deal courageously, and the LORD shall be with the good.

From the Priest one must seek instruction because he is God's messenger.

(Malachi 2:7) For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.

New Testament--Replacement of Judas

(Acts 1:20-26) 20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take. 21 Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, 22 Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection. 23 And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias. 24 And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen, 25 That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place. 26 And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.

Church built on the foundation of the Apostles. Demarcation of function in the Church--It was He who gave some to be Apostles.

(Ephesians 2:20) And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

(Ephesians 4:11) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

God talks about the body of Christ the Church--He designated some to be Apostles.

(1 Corinthians 12:27-29) 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?

Must watch sound teaching.

(1 Timothy 5:17-18) 17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. 18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.

Guard the deposit of faith--By the Holy Spirit.

(2 Timothy 1:13-14) 13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. 14 That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.

Some Christians were built on self-interpretation of the Holy Bible. The advent of the SELF...Yes, I did it my way. They are a heretical christians that is why their theological view is quagmire(an awkward, complex, or embarrassing situation).
Remember the road to hell is LOADED with good intentions.

Hand on to reliable teachers--able to teach.

(2 Timothy. 2:1-5) 1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. 3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. 5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.
Qualification for a Bishop--states, He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message, as it has been taught so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.
(Titus 1:9) Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

"A church that suffers no persecution but enjoys the privileges and support of the things of the earth - beware! - is not the true church of Jesus Christ. A preaching that does not point out sin is not the preaching of the gospel. A preaching that makes sinners feel good, so that they are secured in their sinful state, betrays the gospel's call."
Archbishop Oscar Romero

Why are Catholic and Protestant Bibles different?

First of all, let’s discuss “how” the Bibles are different.

The Catholic Old Testament contains 46 books, while the Protestant Bibles contain 39.

Missing from Protestant Bibles are the books of Tobit, Judith, 1 and 2 Maccabees,Wisdom, Sirach and Baruch and parts of the books of Daniel and Esther. Before we get to why these books are not in Protestant Bibles, I want to ask some questions.

Where does the Bible come from?

Did it fallout of the sky?

Did Jesus hand it to his Apostles?

Why are there only 73 books in the entire Bible when there would have been many other holy texts in early Christian times?

For example, why was the Gospel of Peter excluded from the New Testament while the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John were included?

The Canon (accepted books) of Scripture was set at the Councils of Hippo and Carthage at the end of the 4th century. Before this time, Christians were using many different holy texts, but it was at this time that the Church set forth the 46 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament as being the inspired and inerrant word of God. (Interesting side note: From the 4th century, when the Bible was promulgated, until the 16th century, all Christians used the same 73 books of the Bible as the inspired word of God.)

It was during the Protestant Reformation in the 16th century that certain protesters (Protestants) decided to make a switch in what had been the accepted scriptural texts. They decided to change from the Septuagint to the Palestinian Canon. What’s the difference? The Septuagint would have been the common translation of the Hebrew Old Testament during Jesus’ lifetime, which had been translated into Greek in about the 3rd century B.C. The Palestinian Canon, on the other hand came about after the time of Christ in 70 A.D. after the destruction of the Jewish temple. The Jews at this time wanted to “purify” their inspired texts, and they did not have original Hebrew texts (only Greek) of seven books of the Septuagint. Therefore, these books were excluded from their canon in 70 A.D. (Interesting side note: Hebrew texts of many of the seven books were found in the 1940s with the Dead Sea Scrolls. So the claim these books weren’t accurate or historical because they weren’t originally part of the Hebrew texts now carries no weight.)

Which Bible should we use?

It’s a good idea to use a Catholic Bible, because the seven books of the Old Testament are important to Catholic tradition, not to mention we believe they are the inspired word of God and should be prayed and studied.

Good Catholic translations would include:

1. New American Bible,
2. Revised Standard Version (Catholic Edition),
3. Jerusalem Bible
4. Douay Rheims Bible.

Some mainstream Protestant Bibles are

1. King James,
2. New International Version
3. New Revised Standard Version.

If you have questions about your Bible, feel free to e-mail me. I had a professor in seminary who talked about the value of scriptural meditation in this way: “Allow the Scriptures to pour over your life, to get into every nook and cranny, to slowly be absorbed, and the Word of God will begin to transform every aspects of your life.”

Therefore, the most important question is not “What version of the Bible are you reading?” but rather “Are you reading the Bible?”

Obama's trip to Mumbai, India

Is baracobama's trip to Mumbai, India to let them know (that his all that) their long awaiting Krishna?

OR baracobama just want to redistribute the U.S. wealth to himself with his socialist buddies. By means of SHOWING-OFF (arrogance) and telling his old Muslims buddies that, the United States are soooo grateful to him being the presidents that,
the United States are allowing him to celebrate Diwali-the festival of lights with them and that, the United States are allowing him to spend Millions of Dollar for himself....because, he well deserved it?

OR baracobama just want to go around Asia to Vow again to South Korea, Japan, and Indonesia and to apologize again for the good citizen of The U.S. for being a Christian Nation?

OR Perhaps....Maybe....

As Adolf Hitler is a half Jew and Catholic and killed a lot of Jewish people (Holocaust) ..... and India and Muslims are still fighting over the Kashmir ..... and Barack Hussein Obama AKA Barry Soetoro being a half Pagan, Muslim and mostly socialist and

claimed to be Christian ..... he probably went there to make plan on killing some Muslims or perhaps some Christians or perhaps The Christian Nation of the United States of America with his New World Order Socialist Association.

NOTE: baracobama is a puppet of The Marxist Elitists Genocidal Master AKA Luciferian, AKA Socialist.

I believe the New Age Religion Movement AKA Socialist of New World Order AKA the United Nation AKA Global Environmentalists AKA Global Economic AKA Global Warming AKA Green Movement. AKA .....etc and etc.... would be the one PROMOTING the Maitreya as "god." According to them,

Who is Maitreya?
http://www.share-international.org/maitreya/ma_main.htm

He has been expected for generations by all of the major religions.
Christians know him as the Christ, and expect his imminent return.
Jews await him as the Messiah;
Hindus look for the coming of Krishna;
Buddhists expect him as Maitreya Buddha;
Muslims anticipate the Imam Mahdi or Messiah.
Atheist and scientology thinks of him as ET from outer space

Although the names are different, many believe that they all refer to the same individual: the World Teacher, whose personal name is Maitreya (pronounced my-tray-ah).

Preferring to be known simply as the Teacher, Maitreya has not come as a religious leader, or to found a new religion, but as a teacher and guide for people of every religion and those of no religion.

At this time of great political, economic and social crisis Maitreya will inspire humanity to see itself as one family, and create a civilization based on sharing, economic and social justice, and global cooperation.

He will launch a call to action to save the millions of people who starve to death every year in a world of plenty. Among Maitreya's recommendations will be a shift in social priorities so that adequate food, housing, clothing, education, and medical care become universal rights.

Under Maitreya's inspiration, humanity itself will make the required changes and create a saner and more just world for all.

Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ

(Jeremiah 1:5)
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I dedicated you,
a prophet to the nations I appointed you.

Mary in the Old Testament.

(Genesis 3:14-15) 14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

(Isaias 7:10-14) 10 And the Lord spoke again to Achaz, saying: 11 Ask you a sign of the Lord your God, either unto the depth of hell, or unto the height above. 12 And Achaz said: I will not ask, and I will not tempt the Lord. 13 And he said: Hear therefore, O house of David: Is it a small thing for you to be grievous to men, that you are grievous to my God also? 14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign. Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son and his name shall be called Emmanuel.

(Isaiah 9:6) For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

(Micah 5:2-3) 2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. 3 Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.

(Jeremiah 31:22) How long wilt thou go about, O thou backsliding daughter? for the LORD hath created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man.

Mary the mother of Jesus was described by God as “highly favored”

[ (Luke 1:28) And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. ]

The phrase “highly favored” comes from a single Greek word, which essentially means “much grace.” Mary received God’s grace. Grace is “unmerited favor,” meaning that something we receive despite the fact that we do not deserve it.

Mary needed grace from God just as the rest of us do. Mary herself understood this fact, as she declared in [ (Luke 1:47) “and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior” ]

Mary recognized that she needed the Savior. The Bible never says that Mary was anyone but an ordinary human whom God chose to use in an extraordinary way.

Yes, Mary was a righteous woman and favored (graced) by God

[ (Luke 1:27-28) 27To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. 28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. ]

Mary was a Virgin. She never had sex with a man "until" Jesus Christ was born. Joseph never touch Mary until after the Birth Of Jesus.

(Matthew 1:18-25) 18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. 19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily. 20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. 21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. 22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, 23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. 24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: 25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

Mary's praise is based on the blessing of giving birth to The Lord Jesus Christ.

[ (Luke 1:42-44) 42 And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. 43And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? 44 For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy. ]

At the same time, Mary was a sinful human being who needed Jesus Christ as her Savior, just like everyone else

[ (Ecclesiastes 7:20) For [there is] not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.

(Romans 3:23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

(Romans 6:23) For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

(1 John 1:8) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ]

Mary herself sets the example for us, directing her worship, adoration, and praise to God alone:

[ (Luke 1:46-49) 46 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, 47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. 48 For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. 49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name. ]

Mary was present at the cross when Jesus died

[ (John 19:25) Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the [wife] of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. ]

Mary was also with the apostles on the day of Pentecost

[ (Acts 1:14) These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren. ]

(Proverbs 8:22-31)

22 The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.

23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.

25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:

26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.

27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:

28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:

29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

30 Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;

31 Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men.

PROLIFE and ANTI-ABORTION

The Bible tells us God is involved in our creation from the womb:

(Job 31:15) Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?

(Psalm 22:9-10) 9 But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts. 10 I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

(Psalm 139:13-15)13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. 14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
"Physicians, biologists, and other scientists agree that conception marks the beginning of the life of a human being - a being that is alive and is a member of the human species. There is overwhelming agreement on this point in countless medical, biological, and scientific writings." (US Senate Report, 97th Congress, 1st Session 1981)

There are 19 evils mentioned in 2Timothy3 about the last days. In verse 3 "Without natural affection" is when a parent has become heartless towards their offspring! Killing their own flesh and blood!!

(2 Timothy 3:2-5) 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, overcame the demon filled druids and ended child sacrifice and pagan worship. The god whom the Druids worshipped was Baal, and children were offered in sacrifice to Baal. St Patrick believed his enemies were worth saving, he could later say, “Once the Irish worshipped idols and unclean things, having no knowledge of the True God, but now they are among God’s own people.

Satanists believe that carefully planned events must be carried out according to correct numbers or it might not be successful, they go to great lengths to make an event occur using numerology.

Catholics are Christians. But, Christians - Evangelical - Fundamentalist - Prentecostal and all Protestants are not Catholic. Why?

They do not have the fullness of truth of Jesus Christ.

(Eph. 2:19-21)

19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

gives evidence the Church was founded on the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ the chief cornerstone.

(Matt. 16:16-18)

In Peter's confession of Christ, Peter is the rock that Christ built His Church--singular not plural churches. And the gates of hell would not prevail against his Church.

Protestant Christianity was started by man, Luther--Calvin-Zwingli--Melchanton--Knox--Wesley-etc. Yes founded on man. Sola Fides-Salvation by Faith Alone is heretical. Faith without works. The Protestant view of a one time justification and Eternal Security--Once Saved always Saved is heretical. Why would Christ exhort--

(Matt. 10:22) And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

(Matt. 24:13) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

(Mark 13:13) And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Those who endure to the end those who persevere to the end will be saved. Presumption is sinful. One can fall or fall away.

(1 Cor. 10:12) Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

(1 Cor. 9:24-27)

24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:

27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

(Hebrews 10:19-26)

19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

21 And having an high priest over the house of God;

22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

which is a call to persevere where one can fall away.

(1 Cor. 13:2) And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

(James 2:14-17)

14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?

15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,

16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?

17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Why would judgment be by works

(Romans 2:5-9)

5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,

9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

(2 Cor. 5:10) For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

(2 Cor. 11:15) Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

(1 Pet. 1:17) And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

AND

(Rev. 20:12-13)

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

(Acts 11:26) And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

which gives evidence the followers were first called Christians at Antioch. A Christian is a follower of Christ. The annointing of Christ was talked about. Christ was anointed by the Holy Spirit in His Baptism

(Matt 3:16) And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

(Mark 1:10) And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:

(Luke 3:21-22)

21 Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,

22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

(John 1:32) And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him.

When John the Baptist try to refuse Jesus Baptism--Jesus responed that Baptism fulfills all righteousness. Notice Jesus words--Baptism fulfills all righteousness.

(Matt. 3:15) And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

Baptism is not symbolic but regenerative--Regeneration-Greek (palengensia) means new birth. Baptism saves--

(Mark 16:15-16)

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

(1 Pet. 3:20-21)

20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

(Acts 22:16) And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

(John 3:3-8)

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thouhearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

was referring to Baptism in the teaching of the Church for 1500 years till the Protestant Reformation.

The following Biblical Texts can be seen in the Nicene Creed.

(Romans 10:9-10)

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Rom. 10:13) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

(Acts 16:31) And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Look closely at the Nicene Creed. Christ gives definitive affirmation of the Eucharist. Without the Eucharist there is no spiritual life. Catholics are Christians--But Protestant Christians are not Catholic.

(John 6:53-57)

53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

The Law of Non Contradiction supports the Catholic position
